A summer party for a wealth manager, held at Tower Bridge, with private tours of the Victorian engine rooms.
Our client loves to delight and entertain their clients, and for this year’s summer party we conceived a cocktail and canapés reception for them to welcome their guests to an evening of music, drinks and canapés, with stunning views from Tower Bridge.
We welcomed 250 guests at the glass visitor entrance to Tower Bridge, which was decked in the client’s corporate colours. During their lift journey 40 metres above the Thames, guests heard a short introduction to the history of Tower Bridge, and while putting their coats in the cloakroom they watched a video about the bridge.
The event’s branding was displayed around the venue, as well as on the cocktail menus, and the tours of the engine room proved extremely popular.
We created the event branding and invitation, the digital ‘date for your diary’ and travel directions, selected a historic London location, managed the complexities of a heritage venue and brought in a specialist caterer experienced at working in heritage venues. We managed logistics, production, lighting, entertainment, specialist insurance and health and safety, catering and the event on the night.
Guest feedback was great: “Can I say thank you for yet again a wonderful party at another unusual venue, a great success. I particularly enjoyed the tour through the engine room and when I win the lottery and buy a yacht I will give Tower Bridge the required 24-hour notice to up the bridge!” And the client said: “We have had superb feedback from clients and yet again you delivered in every respect.”
