CEO and Founder
Sasha, Event Producer of the Year 2020, has 25+ years’ industry experience as a producer of 1,000+ events, conceptualising events and ensuring they deliver on their objectives. A Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Royal Society of Arts, Sasha is a Mentor for the Fast Forward 15 Programme, on the board of the event industry’s Event Apprenticeships Programme and a Visiting Lecturer in Event Management at Westminster University.

Rebecca has over twenty years’ experience as an event operations and production manager, with a huge depth of experience in complex event logistics, supplier selection and negotiation, venue management, speaker and delegate management and onsite delivery. Becks is truly unflappable and speaks French and Russian.
Sarah started her career as a professional dancer, touring the world for over ten years before moving into event management. Working in the events industry for over fifteen years, Sarah is fascinated by languages, has attained the qualification JLPT N2 in Japanese, loves yoga and running marathons. Sarah is cool, calm and collected when delivering live events.
Liz has over thirty years’ experience in business events including research, logistics, marketing and sponsorship in business events. She loves nothing more than a tight schedule and a coloured spreadsheet! When not organising events, Liz can be found in Africa volunteering with endangered wildlife.
Sally has over eighteen years’ experience in planning, organising and managing corporate events that leave a positive lasting impression on attendees. With a wealth of experience delivering events, building and managing client relationships and ensuring excellence in event logistics, Sally is equally at home project managing or delivering events, and is completely coolheaded onsite.
Amanda has worked as a Conference Producer for fifteen years across a wide range of sectors. With a proven track record of delivering impactful and commercially successful conferences, workshops and training programmes, her communication skills and attention to detail combine to deliver carefully researched programmes which engage senior-level speakers and audiences. Amanda remains unflustered onsite.
Associate Design Director
A graphic designer covering digital and print with twenty years’ experience working knee-deep in branding and visual communications. Alex is as happy finessing a bit of CSS as he is conceptualising and brainstorming. He’s a graduate of Middlesex University where he studied Design & Technology.
Associate Design Director
Graphic designer with over twenty years’ experience, specialising in the development and execution of brand and corporate literature. He loves working through brand concepts to help clients find their distinctive voice though design. Uri is a font geek and has a BA (Hons) in Design Management.
Paul is one of the busiest photographers in the UK – working everywhere from palaces to prisons, as comfortable with the Hollywood A-List as he is deep in the world of digital technology. Paul’s work has been exhibited and published internationally, and he has won several awards for event photography.
Miki is a graphic designer, illustrator and visual artist with over fifteen years commercial experience in graphics, animation, BAFTA award-winning computer games development and educational research. With degrees in Computer Science, Computer Animation and Fine Art, she brings a unique combination of technical and creative expertise to every project.
Russ is a seasoned videographer, camera operator and video editor. After years of working in care and education for young people with challenging behaviour Russ retrained to pursue a media career. With experience in television and film Russ brings his unique experience to producing video content.

Latterly Susanna was the Group Content and Marketing Partner of Brunswick Group.
Deborah is an Accredited Coaching Psychologist and Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over two decades experience advising clients creating high performing and enriching workplaces. An experienced facilitator and coach, Deborah advises from a place of empathy having led three psychology consultancy practices and been a senior executive in a FTSE 100 international media organisation.
Fay is a non-exec director at BCD M&E, one of the largest global MICE agencies, has 30+ years’ experience in hotels, hospitality, event management and venue sourcing. Fay has won numerous awards including M&IT Personality of the year, Lloyds TSB CBI’s First Women of Tourism and Leisure and no 2 in the Event 100 list. Fay is the founder of Fast Forward 15 Women’s mentoring initiative.
