Organising the Tech Talent Charter (TTC) London regional working breakfast event in London’s Living Room at City Hall for 100+ participants.
The Tech Talent Charter, an award-winning non-profit leading a movement to address inequality in industries and organisations, asked to organise their London Regional working breakfast in London’s Living Room at City Hall.
We were asked to organise the TTC London Regional working breakfast, an invitation-only event, hosted in London’s Living Room at City Hall, keynoted by Dame Jayne Anne Gadhia, CEO, Salesforce and Theo Blackwell, Chief Digital Officer for the London Mayor’s Office, around the themes of getting a business edge with inclusion and diversity – supporting retraining and returners.
TTC is committed to action and solutions; to connecting the dots rather than re-inventing the wheel and creates and shares best practice for recruiting and retaining talent and publishes annual data reports to highlight the results and to drive change, and these working breakfasts contribute enormously to this.
Up at the crack of dawn to see a fabulous sunrise across the Thames, we organised an early-morning breakfast gathering for over 100 London signatories. The Business Narrative team produced the event, working closely with City Hall team, managing the event budget, working with a range of stakeholders, managed design and branding assets, and managing the venue. We undertook a full range of event management tasks; event logistics, attendee management, badging, venue branding, catering, staging and technical production, AV, videography, speaker management, event staffing, briefing and managing the stakeholder volunteer team on the day and overseeing the production of the event highlights video.
As always, a privilege to work with a wonderful client moving the dial on diversity and inclusion – truly an event with purpose.
