A breakfast event on the top level of London’s Gherkin for 150+ participants, selling out in 24 hours.
The invitation-only event, keynoted by Secretary of State Digital, Culture, Media & Sport, Nicky Morgan, launched the Annual Benchmarking Report Diversity in Tech, tracking gender diversity in technology roles across the UK, highlighted progress and showcased achievements of TTC signatories.
We organised an early-morning breakfast gathering for over 150 signatories at London’s iconic Gherkin, with representatives from UK government, major plcs and recruiters.
New for this year, the event was livestreamed on YouTube and we closed captioned all presentations.
The Business Narrative team produced the event, managing the event budget, working with a range of stakeholders, managed design and branding assets, and managing the venue. We undertook a full range of event management tasks; event logistics, attendee management, badging, venue branding, catering, staging and technical production, AV, videography, speaker management, event staffing, briefing and managing the stakeholder volunteer team on the day and overseeing the production of the event highlights video.
The event achieved significant social media and press coverage in business, regional, technology and recruitment press, including The Telegraph, Nicky Morgan’s own piece in The Telegraph Evening Standard, Information Age, Computer World and Computer Weekly.
A privilege, as ever, to work with a wonderful client delivering real, measurable impact through an event with purpose.
