London’s newest arts and community venue, housed in a new £50m building designed by award-winning architects Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands, delivers over 4,000 arts, family and community events a year.
We were asked to review their marketing strategies and operational practices, and develop ongoing strategic plans and systems for event marketing, branding, digital and website development.
We worked closely with the senior management team to develop the strategy, and then collaborated with the marketing operations team to ensure that event marketing was maximised, event participation was at the right level, and suppliers were delivering the best value.
