Internet World – now rebranded as Interop London and the flagship event of London Technology Week - is the leading event for the network and the technologies associated with it: the cloud, applications, storage, data centres and business.
The show was acquired by UBM – the world’s largest pureplay business-to- business events organiser – from Ithaca, a media business with a portfolio of six UK shows, in 2007. For ten years I curated content and acquired major speakers for the keynote theatres on the show floor – underpinning the trade show business model. The content brings the footfall, and the footfall makes the exhibitors happy.
