With over twenty five years’ industry experience, Sasha Frieze came out of the commercial conference industry “pure play” event sector, training at IIR and IBC / Informa, learning their meticulous approach to competitor analysis, market mapping, project validation, strategic planning and execution and now consults for pure play, media owners, publishers and associations, helping them create and shape their events.
Spending the first ten years of her career at two of the “grandmothers” of the conference industry, Sasha worked in over a dozen IIR offices, learning the basics of marketing, direct marketing and direct mail from the best in the industry. Leveraging that in-depth marketing knowledge, Sasha moved to IBC / Informa, taking on conference producer roles, and then growing teams as a Conference Director and Divisional General Manager.
Over the last two decades Sasha has helped a number of media owners and commercial conference company “pure play” organisations develop their business, their business models and generate significant revenue. Having worked with external consultants herself, she completely understands the importance of being accessible and responsive throughout the duration of the project. When you work with us, you can choose as much or as little “presence” as you need – we can be in your office every week, or work remotely to deliver what you need. We’re also experienced at stakeholder management, senior speakers, sponsors and partners.
